Shuttle service to the airport was quick and efficient. Breakfast options were limited and could use better labeling.

Everything about it was awesome. There were exceptionally clean rooms with wi-fi, a king bed, for instance. The hotel met requirements.

I was offered a free breakfast with healthy options. The rooms were beautifully maintained and recently refurbished with bathtub kept by the very attentive staff. The location was perfect and excellent as for me.

You can enjoy a delicious hot breakfast here, with a great selection including gluten-free options 👌. They serve top-notch brewed coffee too! The location is super convenient - just a short walk to the Monorail, which makes it easy to reach all the nearby attractions.

Appreciated quick check-in and easy check-out. I had terrific and neat room with a king bed and bathtub, as for instance. The morning meal was awesome. Courteous staff, they had a shuttle to-and-from the hotel. The location was comfy and ideal, for example, Cloud was within walking distance of the venue.

The room here is modern and recently renovated with cozy beds, everything was great.

Conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and the airport 🍸. Easy-to-use parking lot behind the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of healthy options to choose from.

I didn't like that my door was not all the way shut after cleaning had been through the first day. I also did not like the positioning of the tv when I opened the cupboard doors and pulled it out as far as I could, it was not fully watchable from the bed. Also having a microwave in the rooms would be of help. Also would of been nice to be told which locations the shuttle service could drop and pick up.

My room was always clean, and housekeeping did a great job keeping it that way. I had access to Wi-Fi, a hot tub, and laundry facilities, which made my stay super convenient. The staff here knew a ton about the local area, so they were able to give great recommendations. Overall, a pretty solid stay! 🌟

NEAR AIRPORT, Convinient location for our need

The hotel is in a great location near the Cruise ship terminal. It's convenient for those with early morning flights from TAC airport. The room I stayed in was well-maintained by housekeeping and had a balcony, which was a nice touch.

The staff was superbly amiable at all hours of the night and morning. service was exceptional as well as the room's attributes.

There was a minor snow storm when we arrived and the staff worked hard to get everyone to and from the hotel in a timely manner. They were very courteous especially Cathy on the front desk. When we got stranded at the shopping mall, ELizabeth ( think that was her name) organized the van to pick us up as all taxis were not running or unavailable.
